Tasting Notes
Made from 100% hand-picked Insolia and rested five months on the lees in stainless steel after fermentation, this brings beautiful evocations of honeysuckle, orange blossoms, peach, tropical fruit and cantaloupe. There's bright acidity on the palate, which has gorgeous texture and balance, too. A natural for seafood. (Vintages panel, Jan. 2019)
