Tasting Notes
Great wine from an all-Canadian company. Shows aromas of citrus, yellow apple and ripe pear with tropical fruit notes. The palate is dry, medium bodied and smooth. Expect flavours of green apple, pear and tropical fruit, with notes of sweet lemon, oak and vanilla on a long refreshing finish. Serve on its own or with salmon.
