Tasting Notes
The second release of our Proprietor's Reserve, from 25 year old vines on our single vineyard in Gibbston, Central Otago. Hand picked fruit. Foot stomped and left on skins overnight, 30% fermented in new French oak with lees stirring. Delicate aromas of honeysuckle light toast and crushed basil leaf with a creamy texture.
