Tasting Notes
The 2016 vintage was one of the warmest and driest on record for the Niagara region, and it shows in the richness and depth of this wine. The Cabernet Franc is layered and complex with aromas of dark plums, toasty oak, pencil lead and smoke. The grapes are grown in the Wismer Foxcroft Vineyard. Long finish. Pair with grilled lamb.
