Tasting Notes
For this Etiqueta Negra, winemaker Sebast�an Ruiz selects vines from the clay and gravel soils of the El Mirador Vineyard at the El Rosario estate in Isla de Maipo. The clay influence lends a broad texture and ripe, voluptuous flavors. There are notes of oak from aging in barrels for 10 months, but more than anything, it's fruity and enveloping in its ripeness.
