Tasting Notes
Earthy and herbal notes are neatly interwoven with raspberry, cherry and spice aromas creating great depth, complexity and character on the nose. Soft and round in the mouth with pleasing balance provided by the well positioned acidity. Classically framed, but certainly distinct. A good red wine for salmon steaks. (VINTAGES panel, Aug. 2012)
