Tasting Notes
Situated about halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles, Paso Robles is known for its hot springs, aviation museum and, of course, its big, ripe Cabernet Sauvignons. This one nails the style, delivering luscious dark fruit and chocolaty notes wrapped in velvety tannins. It'll be best through 2022, especially alongside spicy beef fajitas.
