Tasting Notes
Best barrels of cabernet from the estate 35yo vines. 100% new French oak. It's remarkably elegant despite its heft. Blackberry, boysenberry and blackcurrant all combine with tobacco, mint and creamy/smoky oak to create a gorgeous expression of the variety.
