Tasting Notes
A wondrous syrah that shows earl-grey tea, crushed stones, iron, bark, cedar and pure violet extract. I love the sheer tannin power to this on the bold and stunning palate, which creates a surround-sound-like experience of fruit, packed up in layers of piercing acidity like a Victoria sponge cake.
