Tasting Notes
This innovative cognac is double barrel-aged; first for 2-8 years in French Limousin oak and then for over 4 months in sherry cask. Shows aromas and flavours of toasted nut, honey and dried fruit with notes of oak on a long-smooth finish. The palate is rich and sweet, with a lingering fruitiness on the finish. Serve neat.
