Made from 100% Monastrell (Mourvèdre) grown at an altitude of 700 metres in Jumilla, this wine spends four months - 4 Meses - maturing in oak barrels. Look for dark, brambly berry fruit and smoky notes wrapped in chewy tannins. Pair with sausage pizza or chorizo-and-ricotta meatballs.
