Tasting Notes
This dry-hopped, sour ale combines the best of both aromatic hops and tangy acidity with spectacular results. Naturally hazy gold with aromas and flavours of tropical fruit, tangerine, peach and cedar, leading to notes of earth and yeast. The palate is light-bodied with a tangy, funky finish. Savour in a large wine glass.
Serving Suggestions
Serve in a large wine glass to best appreciate the refreshing earth and tangy fruit tones. Quite versatile with food. A great palate cleanser to most fatty and salty dishes, yet delicate enough for light fish dishes.
