Tasting Notes
From organic, hand-harvested M�ller-Thurgau, Riesling and Silvaner, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Pale straw, ripe fruit aromas of citrus, apricot, light spice notes. Slightly off-dry, medium-bodied, elegant, perfectly balanced fruit and acidity, long finish. Good on its own or to accompany salads, seafood, white meat and vegetarian dishes.
