Tasting Notes
A classy, specially selected, 12-year-old single malt. Lovely aromas of dried spice, oily wood, orchard fruit and mint with floral tones. Flavours of oak, citrus peel, barley, custard and butterscotch with notes of fruit and herb. The palate is sweet and fruity with hints of cedar and spice on the finish. Best enjoyed neat.

Serving Suggestions
Serve this classy whiskey neat, or with a few drops of filtered water at the end of a meal. Also a great pairing to broiled salmon or grilled pork chops and herbs or lamb with mint sauce.
