Tasting Notes
Cantillon is the only traditional lambic brewery located within the city of Brussels. This beer is a complex blend of older lambics. Shows multi-faceted, earth-tinged aromas and flavours of orchard fruit, spice and honey with vinous notes and funky/balsamic tones. Dry, light with a tart citrus finish. Purchase limit of two.

Serving Suggestions
Serve cool (but not chilled) in a large bowled glass to best appreciate its complex flavours and fine carbonation. Great in its own paired with fine cheese, light meat and fish dishes.
