Tasting Notes
This is a stellar Cab Franc showcasing the fabulous 2010 vintage, decade-old vines and judicious use of seasoned French oak barriques. Toasted herbs, tobacco and dark berry fruit aromas herald a rich, luscious, beautifully balanced river of black currant and dark black cherry coating the palate, infusing the lengthy aftertaste. It's nicely structured with depth, persistent purity of fruit and charm - each sip is as good or better than the previous. Score - 4.5 Stars (out of 5).
