This wine is sourced from Gisborne, where Chardonnay is the top grape, and has the highly aromatic character the region's Chards are known for. It features ripe apple, butter, smoke and vanilla, with a savoury undertone and a toasty finish. Excellent length and balance. Pair this with grilled chicken or a smoked pork dish.
