Tasting Notes
The nose is tight at first, revealing itself quite easily with a little air. Lifted cherry and strawberry tones with earth and vanilla in support. This is gorgeous now and has the stuffing to get even better with a few more years' patience. Pair this elegant, tasty Pinot with roast duck or lamb chops. (Vintages panel, Oct. 2018)
