The 2018 growing season began with a hot spring and early summer but finished cool; an ideal situation for maintaining balance and freshness while achieving ripe, fruity white wines. This Chardonnay has a touch of tropical fruit underlying the melon and pear, and its crisp, driving acidity makes it a great food wine. Try it with chicken, salmon or pork chops.
