About this product
Made using Corvina Veronese , Rondinella and Molinara , this wine utilizes grapes that are first fully dried on mats for several months before being pressed and then aged for 3 years in 35 - litre Slovanian oak barrels . The resulting wine is filled with aromas and flavours of black plum , sweet cherry , vanilla , dried meat and dark chocolate . This dry , intense wine is an excellent match for rich meat dishes , or enjoy it after a hearty meal with dark chocolate ( 70 % cacao and above ).
