Tasting Notes
Firmly anchored in crisp apple fruit, along with highlights of peppery white radish, this takes a turn into a buttery finish which smooths out the mouthfeel. The interesting mix of fermentation vessels - new and neutral barrels, puncheons and a concrete egg named Huevo contributes to a lingering, nicely textured finish. [Drink till 2023.] Score - 90.
