Tasting Notes
Crafted in a modern, fruit-forward style, this Pinot includes fruit sourced from sites in C�te de Beaune, C�te de Nuits and C�te Chalonnaise. In order to preserve both its Burgundian character and the fresh, high-toned quality of the dark cherry, plum and blueberry fruit, half of the wine was aged in oak and the rest in stainless steel before the final blend.
