Tasting Notes
94P James Suckling Part of Ampeleia's 'Monovarietali' project, highlighting single varieties and single vineyards. The grapes are sourced from a single parcel called 'Vigna all'Asina,' 500 m above sea level. Vinification is part carbonic (20% whole cluster) and the rest destemmed. Macerations lasted around 2 weeks. Aged 9 months in cement tanks.
