Tasting Notes
Grown on a single estate vineyard in Gimblett Gravels, this wine was fermented in barrique and matured nine months in French oak, 75% of it new. Look for aromas of citrus and flowers with hints of toast and smoke, and butterscotch notes on the creamy palate.
