Tasting Notes
Moderately dense and subtly succulent merlot with ripe plum, blackberry, cassis with a suggestion of fresh herb flavours. A seductively smooth, elegant red that is delicious now - it's hard to imagine it getting any better. Ranked #1 of 20 in Bob Campbell's 2018 Merlot tasted from Hawke's Bay. Drink date: 2020 to 2024.
