Tasting Notes
This wine is grown in the cool-climate highlands of King Valley, which was farmed mainly for tobacco and hops before wine-growing really took hold there in the 1990s. The grapes underwent slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the aromas and flavours of gooseberry and citrus before the wine was aged 12 months in French oak. Sip chilled with freshwater fish or green salads.
