Tasting Notes
A rich, complex Ripasso made from 40% Corvina, 40% Corvinone and 20% Rondinella and intensified by passing over Amarone and Recioto marc. This shows notions of fresh and dried dark cherry fruit and a wealth of spice. Pair with roasted-eggplant risotto. (Vintages panel, Jan. 2020)
