Tasting Notes
For those not familiar with the Grillo grape, think of it as being similar to Pinot Grigio with just a touch more weight. This example is crisp and vibrant, with lifted yellow apple, lemon citrus, almond, and a saline minerality that brings added depth and complexity. Pair with grilled fish or roasted cauliflower.
