Concentrated by a freezing process. Expect a heady brew that richer in character and higher in alcohol than regular bock. Dark brown with complex aromas and rich, powerful flavours of pumpernickel bread, dark berry fruit, chicory, sweet malt, port and hints of spices like cardamom and clove. A perfect after dinner sipper.
