Composed of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligot�, the Perle Rare is only made in the best years, and 2015 provided the optimal conditions to induce the requisite ripeness and concentration in the grapes. Vintage-dated Cr�mants are somewhat unusual, making this a rarity among rarities. It will be floral, with lemon, melon, pear, apple, toast and Burgundy's famed minerality. A great sipper that can also be paired with sushi, salmon or other seafood.
