Tasting Notes
We talk a great deal about the impact of cooling fogs on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, but Cabernet Sauvignon can also benefit when there is ample sunshine to fuel ripening. Cool-climate Cabs are lean and elegant rather than burly and powerful, but they retain Cabernet's signature structure and cassis notes. This one is vivid and complex, with black fruit, oak, vanilla and mocha. Drink through 2025.
