Tasting Notes
This is the first of Albert Bichot's wines to be released as organic. It's literally the fruit of 20 years of labour to convert the vineyard. The fruit from Burgundy's 2018 was of such quality that the rich, expressive wines it has produced have garnered comparisons to the legendary 1947 vintage. Currently, 2018 is poised to be counted among the greatest vintages of all time.
