Tasting Notes
The soils of the Fourchaume area are mostly thin, chalky, limestone-rich Kimmeridgian. This forces the vines to work harder to find nutrients, resulting in greater flavour concentration in the grapes. These wines are fresh and bright, with tones of citrus, nuts and toast. This one will be ideal for chicken piccata or seafood.
