Tasting Notes
The Robertson region is relatively flat, with mostly sandy and loamy soils. The Cabernets produced here are rich and full, with ripe cassis, dark fruit and plum. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon comes from 20-year-old vines and spent 14 months in French oak. It will evolve for a further 3-5 years. Pair it tonight with grilled steak or black-bean-and-shiitake burgers.
