TASTING NOTE : Mocha and espresso roast aromas provide segue to a splash of rich , spry flavours with red currant , sour cherry and cassis to the fore . Medium bodied with good mouth feel , this finishes dry with good moderating acidity and perceptible tannin on the finish . Good to go now with a three - hour aeration / decant or wait until 2014 and beyond pairing with lamb shanks and root veggies .
