Tasting Notes
Deep, complex, toasted pine nuts and smoke. Magnificent minerality, like a vinous salt lick of ground toasted hazelnuts, fresh-poured concrete, chalk, clay wet on a potter's wheel, cold green apples and pickled lime peel.
