Tasting Notes
The impressive 2019 vintage was fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for eight months in old French oak barrels. Bright, light yellow/green, it is a distinctive wine, fragrant and weighty, with fresh, concentrated, ripely herbaceous flavours, showing unusual complexity, and a rounded, finely textured finish.
