Tasting Notes
Grapes come from Secrest Mountain Vineyard in Oliver, are treated to whole bunch, notably carbonic maceration and spend their entire el�vage time in concrete. Quite the lifted gamay, lithe on its feet and yet shadowy, sneakily concentrated. This is the way to treat gamay, respectfully and stepping away to let it shine. Drink date: 2020-2022. Score - 89.
