Tasting Notes
Sourced from a single vineyard and made from a blend of 80% Pinot Gris and 20% Riesling, this wine was given 16 days of skin contact during fermentation before spending seven months in neutral oak. It promises complex notes of apricot, dried orange peel and forest floor, and will pair brilliantly with grilled chicken breast or pork burgers.
