Tasting Notes
Produced from 90% Cabernet Franc with 10% late-harvest Cabernet Sauvignon, this Charmat-method ros� offers great value. It's fruity, with notable berry, peach and tropical notes. The aromatics hint at an Icewine dosage, no doubt from the late-harvest grapes, which also add a dash of sweetness. A tasty, refreshing summer sipper that would make a great aperitif.
