Tasting Notes
The Rapet family traces their roots in Pernand back to 1795. Their white wines are whole-cluster pressed and, with the exception of a few wines that use concrete eggs, barrel fermented. This example was vinified in barrel and has crisp Anjou pear, lemon citrus and spice, with an elegant, racy texture. A wine of charm and refinement that will reward into the mid-2030s.
