TASTING NOTE: Aromas and flavours of apricot, mineral and mango abound in this sweet and complex Icewine. Very well balanced with a vibrant acidity and a delicious long finish. Very true to the varietal, this will work with more than just desserts - though it does go extremely well with fruit pie.
