From up to 40-year-old vines in the crus �lberg, Hipping and Pettenthal and picked between October 5-10, the 2019 Niersteiner Riesling Trocken offers a clear, bright and delicate bouquet of ripe white fruits and crushed stones. Fermented in stainless steel, this is a very elegant and filigreed Niersteiner with ripe and juicy fruit, charming and perfectly balanced sweetness (5.5 grams per liter) and stimulating mineral freshness and salinity.
