Tasting Notes
Rolle (Vermentino) and Ugni Blanc are the classic and most important grapes for Coteaux Varois white blends, though S�millon, Clairette and Grenache Blanc are also used. Rolle brings richness and lifted white floral notes, while Ugni Blanc imparts a crisp, fresh acidity. The floral tones here are joined by bright citrus, apple, pear and a refined minerality. A wine for seafood.
