Tasting Notes
The Seaward Sauvignon Blanc comes from Tygerberg Hills, which is a site only 16 kilometres from the cold Atlantic Ocean. It's a ripe, layered wine, with grass, green apple, ripe tropical fruit and a mouth-watering acidity. There's great varietal character and value. Pair with grilled zucchini, summer salads or grilled fish.
