Paolo Marolo began producing grappa in 1977, and established himself as one of Italy's most creative crafters of elegant and stylish grappa. The look of his Milla brand has been updated but is still created by infusing camomile blossoms in Nebbiolo grappa. The camomile aromas and flavours are unmistakable in this fascinating, crowd-pleasing spirit. Marolo suggests serving it chilled or frozen as an after-dinner digestif.
