Tasting Notes
The majority of this Chenin was fermented in stainless steel but about 10% was barrel-fermented in older oak barrels. The wine was left to rest on its lees for six months, introducing additional textural richness alongside the ripe pear, peach and tropical fruit tones. Try this with a chicken fricassee.
