Tasting Notes
Leon Coetzee and Margaux Nel use a Champagne yeast to produce this enjoyable blend of Sauvignon Blanc with 5% Semillon, making the most of a long, cool fermentation. Using fruit from Agulhas, Bottelary and Elgin, it's a racy, saline, white pepper and elderflower style with a mouth-watering finish. Drink date: 2020-2023. Score - 90.
