Tasting Notes
This is a selection from vines planted on particularly chalky soils in the Espinal Vineyard, some 24 kilometers from the sea, on the alluvial terraces of the Limar�. And that soil makes its presence felt in the texture of the wine, making it granular with sharp, needle-like tannins that latch onto the palate. The fruit is juicy but laced with mineral notes. For sausages. Score - 94. (Descorchados, 2019)
