The 2007 Faustino Crianza is 100 % Tempranillo . It spent 14 months in barrel . The result is a smoothly textured , well - balanced wine featuring aromas of black cherry , spice cupboard , lilac and cedar . Dry and fairly forward , but also elegant . Can be aged for up to four years . Enjoy tonight with a paella .
